VCTF IMM Systems and 20th Anniverary Report
The Challenge: To celebrate its 20th Anniversary, the Venture Capital Trust Fund a state-owned Fund of Funds in Ghana wanted to strengthen its impact measurement and management (IMM) systems and publish a 20th anniversary report.
Our Solution: The team at Atifi worked with them to develop formalise its IMM systems and align with global best practice, update its data tracking, engage and interview stakeholders and publish the report.
Ghana Digital Innovation Week
The Challenge: GIZ Ghana wanted to make the Ghana Digital Innovation Week, more sustainable by creating a long term strategy for the event, drawing in local hosts to organise it and bringing in sustainable funding partners.
Our Solution: We worked with the existing event stakeholders to co-create a strategy and implement it. This included evaluating past events, developing a system to select hosts, supporting strategy execution. Over 4000 people participated in the 2024 GDIW in a national event and six regional events.
IMM training for Enterprise Support Organisations and Businesses in Malawi
The Challenge: UNDP Malawi contracted our lead consultant to conduct a three-day training to support service providers of UNDP programs from Landell Mills and Cadmus and UNDP Staff to improve their Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) practices by practically applying the SDG Impact Standards in the businesses they support.
Our Solution: Our lead consultant developed a three day training program using the UN SDG Impact Standards. The overall rating of the training was excellent as all participants rated it 4 out of 5 or higher, with the majority (18 participants) 90% rating it a 5 out of 5.
Gender Lens Investing Consulting with the Criterion Institute
The Challenge: Amma consulted on the team of the Criterion Institute a nonprofit think tank that works with investors, governments and civil society globally to research and reframe new ways to use finance as a tool for social change. Gender Lens Investing incorporates a gender analysis into investment practices and financial systems to make better decisions..
Our Solution: Working with Criterion team members, Amma supported creation of tools for regional Fund-of-Funds to intergrate impact and a gender lens into their work, developing screening and other tools and supporting training of fund manager teams.
