Amma Lartey is the CEO of Atifi Institute. She is a skilled professional who supports organisations in developing effective strategies and managing, measuring, and communicating their performance and impact to a wide range of audiences. Amma leads the Atifi Institute team, which brings together seasoned professionals from leadership, strategy, and impact consulting to deliver results to the organisation's clients.
Amma is a certified trainer for the SDG Impact Standards. She has experience working in the US and seven African countries: Ghana, Senegal, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Rwanda, Chad, and the DRC. As the CEO of Impact Investing Ghana (part-time position), she has supported the establishment of market-building initiatives. She is also skilled at building partnerships, advocacy and working with people and teams across cultures. She is a fellow of the fifth class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.
